Ponquogue Beach (ocean)
Dune Rd., over Ponquogue Bridge, Hampton Bays, NY Ponquogue Beach is a popular spot for families and teens to spend their summer days playing catch, holding volleyball matches of coasting along the waves on boogie boards. The concession stand and picnic areas are consistently busy giving Ponquogue an active and lively atmosphere. Surfing and fishing is permitted outside of the lifeguard protected areas. Tiana Beach /East Quogue (ocean) 90 Dune Rd, East Quogue, NY 11942 Tiana Beach in Hampton Bays is part quiet, family beach and part party beach. During the day time, children, parents and seniors will enjoy a nice day on this beach with basic amenities; picnic areas overlooking the beach, deck with shaded seating, restrooms and showers. A Mister Softee ice cream truck makes stops to the beach to offer snacks. At night, however, an exchange happens as patrons of the Neptune Beach Club find their way to Tiana and beach goers are enticed by the music flowing from inside Neptune. Tiana doesn’t often get crowded as most visitors are overflow from the neighboring Cupsogue Beach, where parking fills quickly. Serenity, the beach’s eatery, hosts Lobster Bakes every Friday and Saturday and most other evening visitors will take pleasure in live concerts.
